Behind the recent protests in Hong Kong is a proposed fugitive bill, that would allow the extradition of criminal suspects to the Chinese mainland. To understand the controversy and the latest development over the bill, our reporter Zhu Dan sat down with Grenville Cross, Hong Kong's chief prosecutor from 1997 to 2009. He's now the Vice-chairman of the Senate of the International Association of Prosecutors.
