Choe Kang II took a flight from Helsinki, Finland and arrived in Beijing Thursday morning before heading back to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK). In the Finnish capital, Choe Kang II led a DPRK delegation and held informal talks with US diplomats and South Korean security experts.
