US Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis arrived in Beijing on Tuesday, kicking off his three-day visit to China. It's his first visit to China as Pentagon chief. Mattis is focused on denuclearizing the Korean Peninsula but says he's going into talks with Chinese officials without any preconceived notions.
