Rohingya Refugee Crisis: Bangladesh, Myanmar meet over stranded Rohingya

Bangladesh and Myanmar are holding a meeting on Tuesday regarding the fate of some six-thousand Rohingya refugees stranded between the two countries.
The head of the Bangladesh refugee commission said it was being asked to persuade the Rohingya to return to their homeland in Rakhine state. The two governments have agreed a programme to repatriate the refugees, but its implementation has been delayed. Many Rohingya say they do not want to return until Myanmar agrees to guarantee their safety and give them citizenship.
