Thailand's Supreme Court has issued an arrest warrant for country’s former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra after she failed to appear in the court for the verdict. The Supreme Court has set September 27 as the new date to pronounce the verdict. Yingluck claimed she is too ill to appear in the court.
