Spring Festival celebrations can never be complete without eating Jiaozi, or dumplings. Workers at a handmade food factory in the county of Wanzai, north China’s Shanxi Province, have rolled up their sleeves for some serious floury fun in preparation for a surge in dumpling demand.
It only takes these skillful women five seconds to fill and fold one dumpling.
The owner of the factory said that they make around 100,000 kilograms of dumplings per month, with every worker wrapping nearly 4,000 ones during her daily 10-hour shift.
The Chinese New Year falls on January 27 this year.
