But not every European nation is following the UK's lead in expelling Russian diplomats. Austria says it will not take any measures at the national level and will keep dialogue with Moscow open. Both Luxembourg and Portugal say they have no intention of expelling Russian diplomats. Malta says it will wait for the result of the investigation to make a decision.
