At least 13 people were killed and 15 injured in a suicide bombing in the Somali capital Mogadishu, Reuters reports, citing an official.
According to police spokesman Major Mohamed Hussein, the attacker, with explosives strapped to his body, infiltrated the Genera Kahiye Police Training Academy and struck during a police parade.
The militant Islamist group al Shabaab has claimed responsibility for the attack.
