Satellite Launch: China's first commercial satellite constellation blasts off

China has launched its first commercial satellite constellation into space on Saturday. The rocket blasted off at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in China's northern Shanxi Province. All the three satellites entered their final orbits after 30 minutes. They were put into space by the Long March-four-C carrier rocket. All three are optical satellites that can take high-resolution images of earth and make a complete scan the entire planet in 15 days.
