Boy gets caught in power lines, rescued by residents

A boy became tangled in overhead power lines in Ankang city, in northwestern China’s Shaanxi Province on Thursday.

He fell out of the window of his second floor apartment and got tangled in the cables. Other residents held blankets underneath the boy in case he fell.

He was rescued later by police and neighbors.
