Now let's turn to the 14th China International Cultural Industries Fair, which just wrapped up on Monday in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen. Exhibitions showcasing China's achievements in the field of Augmented Reality (AR) and tourism were held during the annual event. Here's a look at two of the latest products at the fair.
One tech-company, "We Think" from China's Yunnan Province introduced two of its latest products at the event.
One is a new App designed to transfer people's drawing into Augmented Reality images to be viewed on cellphones.
With the help of the App, users can see their drawings in AR simply by scanning them with their cellphones, and share them with others.
The project manager of the company said the App is especially helpful to young kids who want to learn drawing.
Also being introduced is another App by the company based on big data and AI technology. It aims to provide comprehensive travel information to its users.
GAO FEI, PROJECT MANAGER "WE THINK" "The App has more than 250-thousand users and some 10-thousand pictures are being uploaded to our company's service provider. The pictures were taken during their travel, now it covers more than 500 cities and regions around the world. Visitors can learn about the hot spots and customs of the places before they go."
According to Gaofei, users can also book tickets, hotels and even shop with the App. CGTN.
