The national security advisers of the United States, South Korea and Japan have met in Seoul to discuss what they called the "complete denuclearisation of the Korean Peninsula". Their two-day meeting comes ahead of proposed meeting between the DPRK leader Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in, followed by a meeting between Kim and Donald Trump.
