Syria Conflict: Turkey denies use of chemicals in Syria's Afrin

A Turkish diplomatic source has rejected accusations Turkey used chemical weapons in its operations in Syria's Afrin district, saying Ankara takes the utmost care of civilians.
The source described claims Turkey wounded six civilians through a suspected gas attack as "black propaganda". Turkey is accused of attacking a Syrian village with gas. That's according to Reuters, citing Syrian Kurdish forces and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a monitoring group. They said Turkish forces and their Syrian insurgent allies hit a village in the Afrin region, near the Turkish border, on Friday.
Six people reportedly suffered breathing problems and other symptoms indicative of a gas attack. Turkey launched an air and ground offensive last month against Kurdish forces in Afrin.
