China’s draft supervision law stipulates that all those who exercise public authority will be subject to the law including those from the organs of the Communist Party of China, National People’s Congress and its standing committee, governments at all levels, supervision commissions, as well as the managements of state-owned enterprises, said Li Jianguo, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC), when explaining the draft supervision law to the 13th NPC on Tuesday.
