China's Political Season: JD.com CEO has tips for young entrepreneurs
[]
The CEO of e-commerce giant Jingdong Group offered some suggestions to China's budding entrepreneurs. The executive is a member of the national committee of the CPPCC this year.
LIU QIANGDONG CPPCC MEMBER "First of all, you need to do valuable things. Since the beginning of human commerce, businesses that can solve problems for industry or sore points in society have succeeded. I've never seen any company create tremendous value for society and industry and fail eventually. Second, the new era emphasizes achieving success above board, establishing a new relationship between government and business with intimacy and integrity. This gives our entrepreneurs a heads up to never break the law for profit. The third suggestion is persistence. You need to believe what you do is valuable to society."
