Chinese President Xi Jinping said that the Communist Party China is the highest force for political leadership and the guarantee of national rejuvenation. He also stressed the Party's central role in all areas and the imperative for all social sectors to rally around the Party‘s Central Committee. Xi made these remarks during his speech at the closing meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress on Tuesday in Beijing.
