The DPRK delegation to the PyeongChang Winter Olympics has wrapped up its visit to South Korea. Kim Yong Chol, a senior official of the DPRK's Workers' Party, has departed from his hotel. He led the high-level delegation, which arrived Sunday for the Games' closing ceremony. During Kim's stay, he met with South Korean President Moon Jae-in, and made a statement through the Blue House, saying that the DPRK is willing to hold talks with Washington.
