World AIDS Day: Protect yourself from AIDS. Use a condom.

December 1, 2017 marks the 30th anniversary of World AIDS Day. UNAIDS Goodwill Ambassador James Chau talked about safe sex education and encouraged the use of condoms as an effective way to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS.
When people talk about sex, James Chau said it can demystify lots of misleading information and embarrassment. Sex education can be a life changer and lifesaver when you know about condoms and other effective ways to protect yourself.
Chinese First Lady Peng Liyuan and actor Pu Cunxin have talked about sex education several years before. They also mentioned that people living with HIV are often judged and condemned by the society.
James Chau stressed that people need to be empowered with knowledge of safe sex in order to protect themselves as well as their communities.
