At least five Pakistani policemen and two passers-by were killed in a car bomb blast in Quetta, southwestern Pakistan on Wednesday morning, police said. The Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility. There were 35 police personnel in a vehicle crossing the Sariab Mill area on the outskirts of Quetta when a roadside bomb exploded, according to Pakistan’s DawnNews TV.
