China's Political Season: Tian Wei interviews NetEase Founder & CEO Ding Lei

To encourage innovation in China's economy, a new generation of officials has joined the country's political advisory body, including Ding Lei, the founder and CEO of NetEase.

His company focuses on online content, communication and commerce that's joining a wave of overseas-traded Chinese firms.

Ding spoke with CGTN Senior Correspondent Tian Wei about China's policies encouraging innovation.
