Pyeongchang Winter Olympics: DPRK's high-level delegation arrives in South Korea

A high-level DPRK delegation has arrived in South Korea to attend the closing ceremony of the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. The delegation crossed the border at Paju at around 1:00 GMT. It's led by Kim Yong Chol, vice chairman of the DPRK ruling party's central committee. He was previously chief of the Reconnaissance General Bureau, a top DPRK military intelligence agency. South Korean President Moon Jae-in plans to meet with the delegation during its three-day visit in South Korea.
