A group of scientists and IT engineers are trying to use block-chain technology to help with the development of Xiong'an New Area.
They are working to establish an open platform, allowing users to have access to block-chain technology.

Nearly three years after its establishment, Xiong'an New Area is now entering a new stage. Massive construction is underway and many people have already moved there. Zhou Xianhui is the manager of a local branch of a scientific and technological incubator in Beijing. He is helping tech companies to settle down in Xiong'an.
