Chinese FM: China no longer island-building

China has not conducted any land reclamation projects in the South China Sea in two years, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Sunday, denying reports that the controversial island building work is ongoing.
Wang said during the ASEAN foreign ministers meeting in Manila that criticism of the projects is limited to only a few ASEAN countries.
