From Argentina to Panama, Chinese President Xi Jinping will soon be on his way to the small central American nation. The two countries established diplomatic relations last summer, and Xi's visit will be the first ever by a Chinese head of state. For more on what the Panamanian side expects from the historic trip, CGTN's Roee Ruttenberg sat down with Luis Miguel Hincapie, the country's Vice Foreign Minister.
