Philippines Hotel Fire: 4 killed, about 20 people trapped but alive

A fire broke out at a hotel in the capital of the Philippines, killing four and trapping several others.
Rescuers say about 20 people inside are still alive, but unable to escape from the fifth floor of the Manila Pavilion Hotel.
It's not immediately clear what started the fire.
The hotel is owned by the Waterfront Philippines firm.
