Germany Van Attack: Interior Minister calls Saturday's attack a 'cowardly and brutal crime'

The German Interior Minister has called Saturday's attack in the west of Germany a "cowardly and brutal crime".
Two people were killed and about 20 injured when a van ploughed into a crowd in the city of Muenster. The driver also died after shooting himself. The Interior Minister said there were "strong indications that the perpetrator acted alone". Local media says he was a 48-year-old German. Investigations are still underway.
