Spring Festival Gala 2018: Biggest annual television event celebrates Year of the Dog

As the Spring Festival Gala, also known as Chunwan, is underway, the streets are empty and homes are filled with happy chatter.
For over three decades, the gala has been entertaining families across China and features performances by the country's biggest celebrities and brightest talents.
This performance this year was called "Wang Wang Nian,” or Woof Woof New Year," in a symbolic reference to the Year of the Dog.
It was performed by talented kids chosen from across China. It also featured dog trainers and their dogs. What is better than celebrating the Year of the Dog with our furry friends?
