A waterfall was spotted blown upwards in Taidong of Taiwan due to the fierce wind brought by Typhoon Khanun. China’s National Meteorological Center renewed its yellow alert for rainstorms as downpours from Typhoon Khanun are forecast in southern China from Sunday to Monday. Typhoon Khanun is moving northwest near coastal areas of south China’s Guangdong and Hainan provinces at a speed of 20 kilometers per hour. It is expected to strengthen and make landfall in the southern provinces early Monday.
