General Secretary of CPC Central Committee Xi Jinping talked with delegates from southwest China's Guizhou Province during a panel discussion of the ongoing 19th CPC National Congress on Thursday. He encouraged the delegates to visit their district's grassroots more often in order to become familiar with the primary-level communities and naturally learn what to do.
