According to China Daily, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, the main contractor for the country’s space program, has developed a wearable air-conditioned vest using space technology. /China Daily Photo

The fluorescent garment, which already hit the market, is comprised of a liquid-cooled vest, a battery and a chiller unit. It might not be on fashion runways anytime soon, but then again when was the last time stylish clothes made you beat the heat? /China Daily Photo
