A French zoo released a video on Monday as a panda born in the country is now a month old.
The Beauval Zoo in the south of Paris video-recorded the month-long growth of the panda cub nicknamed Mini Yuan Zi.

At birth, the pink, hairless male weighed 142 grams (five ounces). His mother, Huan Huan bore twins, but the firstborn was too weak to survive. Huan Huan and partner Yuan Zi are on a 10-year loan from China.
Panda births are closely watched because they remain rare. There are only about 1,800 pandas in the wild in China and about 400 in captivity.
