One S. Korean soldier killed, six injured during army drill

One South Korean soldier was killed, six others were injured in an explosion during an artillery drill near its border with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Yonhap reported on Friday.

"An unidentified explosion took place during the drill, injuring some people," said an army official.

An investigation has been ordered into the cause of the explosion.
