President Trump has joined the chorus of world leaders who have sent their New Year greetings to the Chinese people.
In a statement, Trump said he appreciates the contributions of the Asian-American population, seeing them as a unique privilege for the country. He also said the American people welcome the Year of the Dog. He said the dog represents virtues that all Americans celebrate and hold dear, including honesty, reliability, and sincerity.
