Search and rescue teams in Iran have found the wreckage of a plane that went missing over the Zagros Mountains two days ago.

The plane disappeared around 45 minutes after taking off on Sunday from Tehran, with 66 people on board. Authorities say the country's Revolutionary Guards used drones yesterday, to identify an area where the plane is said to have crashed. This morning two helicopters were dispatched to the area. After two days of heavy snow and fog, the weather finally cleared on Tuesday morning, giving helicopter teams better visibility.
