Li Wenge, one of China’s most wanted economic fugitives, returned to China and turned himself in to police on Wednesday, according to the country’s anti-corruption authority.
Li previously worked at Kunming’s Administration of Taxation in southwest China’s Yunnan Province, and was suspected of fraud. He fled to Canada in August 2013, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) said.
