World Health Day: WHO turns 70, promotes universal health care

Saturday marks World Health Day, and also the 70th birthday of the World Health Organization. It's celebrating with a campaign for universal health care coverage or quality healthcare at an affordable cost for people everywhere. But it's a huge challenge globally. James Chau is in Manila. He speaks with Dr. Shin Young-soo, health chief for 37 countries in the Western Pacific region.
