A tiger cub was found in mail by a Mexican sniffer dog. Someone tried to express-mail the animal, but the mail was seized because the mailing constituted mistreatment. Nobody realized it was there until a sniffer dog looking for contraband detected it. The tiger was dehydrated but otherwise well, and was handed over to an animal management center.
