As the PyeongChang Olympics enters its eighth day, more medals are expected to be presented on Saturday and Sunday.
Later on Saturday, in freestyle skiing, there is men's aerial qualification. Han Xiaopeng won China's first snow gold in this event in 2010. This year, world champion Qi Guangpu will have high hopes for a gold.
In short track speed skating, two medals are on offer tonight with the women's 1500m and men's 1000m finals.
Elsewhere in the biathlon, there is the women's 12.5-kilometer mass start at Alpensia Biathlon center. In cross-country skiing, the ladies 4x5 kilometer relay starts. The Women's skeleton final is at the Olympic sliding center and at Alpensia ski jumping center, there is the men's large hill individual ski jumping.
Tomorrow morning, with alpine skiing, there is the men's giant slalom at Yongpyong alpine center. In cross-country skiing, it's the men's 4x10 kilometer relay gold medal contest at Alpensia cross country center. And with freestyle skiing, there is the men's ski slopestyle at Phoenix Park.
In the medals table, Germany tops the standings with nine golds, followed by Norway with seven golds and eight silvers. The United States has five golds to sit fourth, and Canada is fifth. China has four medals overall.
