Korean Peninsula Diplomacy: DPRK asks for one-day delay in working-level talks

The DPRK has requested a one-day delay to Wednesday's working-level talks which will lay the groundwork for the inter-Korean summit later this month.
South Korea said Pyongyang wanted to discuss protocol, security and the media at the border village of Panmunjom on Thursday. More talks are scheduled for Saturday to discuss ways to establish an inter-Korea hotline. Meanwhile, on the eighth anniversary of the sinking of a South Korean warship, the DPRK's official media outlet has called on Seoul to focus on their reconciliation efforts instead of bringing up that incident. South Korea blames the DPRK for sinking the vessel.
