A traditional Chinese temple fair featuring exotic elements kicked off in Beijing on the first day of the Chinese Lunar New Year. The 15th Beijing Chaoyang International Spring Carnival features dazzling art performances from nine foreign countries including the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium.
