9-year-old boy born without legs becomes wrestling champion

Born without legs, Isaiah Bird has become a wrestling champion in Long Beach, New York. In his fifth year on the wrestling team, he went 27-12. Isaiah has become the one to beat.
The 9-year-old is one of the states top wrestlers in his age group. Excelling in every sport he tries, Isaiah plays soccer, runs track, swims, surfs and skateboards.

Isaiah credits his coach, Miguel Rodriguez, with giving him the fight to keep pushing.
“There's no excuses. I can do this,” said Isaiah, according to ABC News.

When he was in kindergarten, Isaiah started his wrestling training program after Miguel Rodriguez.  
Rodriguez said that he gets lots of emails, phone calls and videos from people all over the states, expressing they are truly encouraged by Isaiah’s story. 
"He just gets it done. I think we complain a lot about everything in life. And we don't know how easy we have it. Life is not always fair, but he doesn't complain about it," Rodriguez told ABC News.

UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman is one of those deeply moved by Isaiah’s story.
“He’s been so inspirational at the age of 6, when you can’t articulate what you want to say and you don’t have a grand scheme of what to do with your life. He’s already inspiring so many people,” said Weidman, according to New York Post.

Isaiah’s story also went viral on Chinese social media-Weibo. People left comments to express their respect to this little warrior.
