Korean Peninsula Diplomacy: Blue House to monitor preparations for summit with DPRK

South Korea has created a new situation room to track preparations for the upcoming summit between President Moon Jae-in and DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.
It'll be staffed with officials from the presidential office and other agencies, including the ministries of foreign affairs, national defense, and unification.
Preparations include protocols for the two leaders and security. Roughly one month after the summit, President Trump and Kim are set to meet as well. On Thursday, Trump praised China for its help with the DPRK and said it would be "terrific" to meet Kim Jong Un.
