A truck caused a power line to hang low over a busy road in the eastern Chinese city of Jinan. The incident caused confusion among drivers, with some cars unable to pass under the droopy wires. The chaos continued until an old man took matters into his own hands and directed traffic. Another old man joined him and held the cable on his shoulders so vehicles could pass. A lady then used a broom to lift the wire even higher. Inspired by their efforts, younger people came for help and together they supported the cable by hand for over 10 minutes. Eventually, city inspectors brought a ladder and fixed the cable.
