Earlier my colleague Wang Guan spoke to Sung-Yoon Lee about what's at stake in these meetings. Sung-Yoon Lee is the Kim Koo-Korea Foundation Professor in Korean Studies and Assistant Professor at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He considered the chances of the meeting taking place as planned.
