The 12th NPC and its Standing Committee have made coordinated revisions to laws that are at odds with China’s reform requirements by putting forward multiple drafts at the same time. This has led to continuous progress in reforms in government review and approval processes and professional qualifications verification, and in boosting the vitality of the market and society, according to the report delivered at the ongoing NPC session on Sunday by Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
