Israel has released 207 African asylum seekers from prison. Israel plans to deport the refugees, but it still has not finalized a deal with Uganda to accept them.

Last week, Israel's supreme court gave the government until Sunday to finalise a deal. The Israeli government says there are about 37-thousand migrants in Israel. Human rights groups say they are refugees. Uganda says it will only accept people who leave Israel voluntarily, and not people who have been deportated.
