The United States Navy has released video of the near-miss of a Russian jet that flew within five feet of a US Navy plane over the Black Sea. Moscow said a Su-27 intercepted a ЕР-3E Aries II plane, usually used for surveillance. US state department said the Su-27 was within 1.5 meters from the US jet and called the move an “unsafe action”.
