Pyongyang held high-level talks with Seoul again on Tuesday at the border truce village of Panmunjom after 2015. Panmunjom is a key location where the world's most fortified border provides a historical context to the volatility of the Korean Peninsula. It is also the place, which saw the signing of the Korean Armistice Agreement pausing the Korean War took place on July 27th, 1953.
