Xi Jinping delivered a speech at the closing session of the CPC National Congress on Tuesday, at an event that was attended by 2,336 Party delegates and specially-invited delegates from across the country. A new Central Committee and a new Central Commission for Discipline Inspection were elected at the closing session.
