263 detained for 'violation of the public order' in Moscow
A total of 263 people have been detained at an unauthorized rally in downtown Moscow for "violation of the public order," TASS news agency reported, citing local police on Sunday.
The rally took place during Russia's three-day Unity Day holiday. The protesters' purpose is not yet clear. 
Police confiscated guns, knives, masks, knuckles, rebar and other weapons from the detainees, according to the report.
